  • We do not automatically add insurance to a package but are happy to do so upon request. Simply email us at studio@oleukena.com after your order is placed to learn more.

  • Please e-mail us if you like to include a frame upon request. The added cost of shipping, packaging for safe shipment, and insurance will be fully paid by you.

  • Every international shipping fee is different, however, we will inform you separately through email according to the country, artwork size, as well as the packaging method you prefer.

  • All orders placed after 1 PM on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

  • In the event of a problem in processing your order, you will receive an email detailing the issue and possibly requesting further information.

  • All items are shipped directly from OLE UKENA STUDIO based in Bali, Indonesia.

  • You will receive regular email updates on the delivery status of your order.

ATTENTION:

OLE UKENA STUDIO does not pay any duties, customs fees, or any other associated fees. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. For customs information including any fees that may be incurred on your end before purchasing please check with your local post office or on the web. Every country varies. OLE UKENA STUDIO is not responsible for any delays that may happen at customs.

If an item has been lost by the carrier en route to you, and if the shipping information you originally provided is correct, OLE UKENA STUDIO will attempt a refund. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for a package once an item has been marked as delivered or after a delivery attempt has been made. Due to the unique nature of the items we sell replacements are rarely possible, because of this we highly encourage you to have your orders shipped only to secure locations.
