This series is located somewhere in a far away galaxy which might as well happen under the microscope. Shapes and compositions seem to create organic worlds that feel somehow familiar and alien at the same time resulting in an in-between place next to abstraction and figuration . Created during the covid year 2020 it is an analysis of where our subconsciousness leads us and we keep answering to the previous lines and shapes that were created imagining endless worlds that could happen in zoomed in world of a Petri dish as well as a lucid dream state looking at the sky. This series is also the starting point for Ukena´s debut collection with the same name in which the paintings then become wearable art that make their way out of the studio and into our everyday life.
